Accounts, Dropship & Pricing
Yes. It is possible to have two accounts. Many of our customers have a drop ship account as well as a wholesale trade account.
We would love to work with you to get you an even better discount! Discounts are offered on a sliding scale, depending on how much you spend in a given time or if you buy bulk items. Please get in contact with your sales account manager to enquire about getting a better discount.
We certainly do offer greater discounts on a sliding scale basis. This depends on how much you order in a given time, or whether you order in bulk. To find out how to obtain these discounts, please email your dedicated ABS sales account manager.
Despatch & Delivery
We are always looking at adding or modifying current couriers based on shipping rates. Our goal is to provide the most affordable and convenient service to you, our customer.
Website Orders - All orders placed on our website on a working day* before 12:00 (noon) will ship the same day**.
Phone Orders - All orders placed by phone with the Sales Team before 11:15 will ship that same day**
Email Orders - All orders placed by email with the Sales Team before 11:15 will ship that same day**
*Working days are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. With the exception of UK bank holidays, orders placed on UK Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working Day.

Orders, Returns, Payments & Invoices
Invoices are sent the next working day after orders are despatched. If you are not receiving these please call into our sales team and we can assist you.
Please refer to our terms and conditions of your account for the full detail or your account manager can assist you as well.
Product & Stock Information
In an effort to be more eco-friendly and cost-effective we do not supply printed catalogues at this time.
All of the product information you will need is located on our website. Using our websites Print Catalog function you can create and download a PDF catalogue for any website category that you require a catalogue for.
1) Log-in to your account.
2) Navigate to the category that you require a catalogue for.
3) Click on the grey Print Catalog link at the top of the category page to the right of the page title.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions.
You can see an example of a catalogue that is produced from the Sex Toy category here.
Note: For larger Top Level categories this may take up to 5 mins to create the PDF as it will also collate all products from the sub-categories.
This will depend on how your website is set-up, but we do provide some handy product information feeds.
Product Feeds
1) Log-in to your account.
2) Click on the My Account link to the right of the grey search box at the top of the web page.
3) You will be taken to the My Dashboard page. In the left hand sidebar, you will see a link to the Data Feeds Page.
4)Here you will find access to 3 types of feed; Product Feed (CSV), Discontinued Product Feed (CSV) and Stock Feed (CSV and XML).

On each Product Page you will find a description and images of the product. You will also find much more information about the product if you click on the Additional Information tab. This includes SKU, Weight, Coming Soon, Size, Brand, Brand Parent, Colour, Flavour, Material, Batteries, Barcode, Depth, Height, Width, Case Count, Batteries Inc, Batteries Required, Batteries Type, Dept, EAN, Insertable Length, Mains Charging, Phthalate Free, Waterproof.
Low Resolution; Website Images - On each Product Page you will find a tab under the product image called Downloads. Here you will find the direct image links to the top (max 4) low-resolution images for this product, suitable for use on websites (approx 1000px). These links are also available to download in our product feed CSV, follow directions here. Where available you can also find more low-resolution images in our Brand Dropbox Library here.
High Resolution; Print Images, FAQS & other collateral - You can browse and download high-resolution images, FAQs, banners and other useful product and brand collateral from our Brand Dropbox Library here.
You can receive email notifications that a certain product is back in stock by adding it to your website Wishlist.
1) Log-in to your account.
2) Navigate to the product you would like to receive notifications for.
3) Click on the grey Add to Wishlist link under the product name on the Product Page.
